The Clarity Session is a focused 60 minute conversation where we explore what you are experiencing and what may actually be underneath it.
Many women arrive feeling stuck, confused, or quietly unsettled. From the inside it can be difficult to see what is actually creating the friction.
In this session we slow things down enough to look at the situation clearly. What often emerges is not a problem to fix, but a pattern that has been running quietly for a long time.
You will leave with clearer language for what is happening, a deeper understanding of where you may be overriding your own signals, and thoughtful next steps that feel grounded and realistic.
This is not a sales call. It is a real session.
You will receive something useful whether or not we work together beyond it.

Walk and Talk Session
For clients located in Sonoma or Marin Counties, sessions may also take place as a relaxed walk and conversation outdoors. Many people find walking helps thoughts flow more naturally and allows space for reflection.
